Cancellation Policy

If you're setting up at a park, please contact the park in advance to confirm setup requirements. For outdoor setups, a covered tent is required to protect our equipment. We also strongly recommend additional shaded areas, like a pavilion or patio, for the children as it can get very hot in direct sunlight. The ground must be flat, dry, and free from glass or debris. We do not set up on dirt, gravel, or rocks—no exceptions—for the safety of your children. Cleaning Fee Adventure & Play by ART may retain some or all of your security deposit for the following reasons: A) Missing ball pit balls B) Stains, spills, or food on play equipment or in the play area C) Equipment moved or taken apart without approval D) Equipment is wet, including the mats Cancellations/Reschedule 14+ days before event: Full refund of your deposit and any payments made. 7-13 days before event: You can use your security deposit to reschedule within 3 months (subject to availability). All changes must be made via email 72 hours before the event. Within 3 days of event: The $50 security deposit is forfeited and non-refundable. Adventure & Play by ART reserves the right to cancel any rental due to emergencies, weather, natural disasters, or legal restrictions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Rainy Day Policy For outdoor events, we strongly recommend having an indoor alternative. We will not set up outdoors during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or lightning. If it rains on the day of your event but stops before your scheduled time, we will not set up on wet ground to prevent damage and staining to our equipment. If it rains, we advise rescheduling your event for the next available date. If you reschedule, all payments will transfer to your new date. If you cancel without rescheduling, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, but all other payments will be refunded. Electronic consent Yes, I agree with the above agreement and choose to submit my electronic signature. I certify all the information provided is accurate. I understand that the submission of this form is the legal equivalent of my manual signature. I consent to be legally bound by this waiver's terms as listed above.
